Back in 1979 during Gibson's Norlin era they did something really cool on the ES-335TD guitars and added a switch to the treble horn that coil-splits the Gibson pickups which is unusual for a 335.
This model sports a Black lacquer finish that was really rare on this guitar back in 1979.
This guitar is in very good condition with some belt buckle rash on the back, some normal dings and dents that would be on a player quality guitar, and some minor fret wear in the usual places. It has the volute on the back of the headstock, so you don't have to worry about a headstock break on this one!!
It is set up nicely, and sounds great!!!!
