This 1983 Custom comes from the final years of the legendary Kalamazoo era, and guitars from this period are especially interesting to vintage Gibson fans. And then there's the pickups... 🔥 Tim Shaw humbuckers. These highly regarded Gibson pickups were designed during the early 1980s in an effort to capture the magic of the original PAF era. Add the ebony fingerboard, maple top, mahogany body, gold hardware and that beautifully aged white finish... You've got one serious piece of Gibson history.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis guitar is in VERY GOOD condition, the Alpine white has aged to this beautiful buttery colour with lots of great checking in the original lacquer finish. At some point during it's life the original tuners were taken off and replaced with something else, and luckily the originals have been put back on as evidenced by the extra screw holes on the back of the headstock.
